Shipping policy

Rates vary according to the bulk and weight of your order and the delivery address. From time to time Pit Brothers BBQ may run free delivery promotions. This is available to most areas in Australia, however, some remote areas are excluded. In this instance delivery charges will be added at ‘Check-Out’.

We despatch most orders within 1 business day of receipt of payment. There is an estimated delivery of 2-8 business days in Australia.

In the unlikely event that you receive a product that has been damaged in transit, please endeavour to inform us immediately. When using Pit Brothers nominated transport, we require that all damage in transit claims are made within three days of receipt of goods.
